A Legacy of Fine Handmade Chocolates
M&N Chocolates has its roots in the British colonial era of India, when the scenic tea gardens of Nilgiris attracted visitors who sought to take a piece of the region’s charm back with them. In response to this growing demand, Nilgiri Products Showroom (NPS) was established in 1942.
Founders Mohamed Ebrahim and Noorulhein, leveraging their deep understanding of craftsmanship and drawing on the expertise of British butlers, introduced homemade chocolates to their product line. Post-independence, their vision was embraced and refined by future generations, who continued to evolve the chocolate-making process.
In the early 2000s, the Rahman Brothers descendants of the NPS family created M&N Chocolates as a tribute to the legacy of the founders, Mohamed Ebrahim and Noorulhein. Today, M&N Chocolates stands as a testament to decades of tradition and innovation, specializing in premium, handcrafted chocolates that celebrate the rich heritage of the brand.
Our vision is to foster a culture of responsible manufacturing, while continually innovating products that inspire and empower everyone.

Celebrating the Essence of Indian Cacao
M&N Chocolates is committed to revitalizing the rich heritage of Indian cacao, celebrating the unique flavors of Indian-origin cocoa. Our dedication to chocolate craftsmanship led to the creation of the nation's first chocolate museum, located in Nilgiris. Through extensive research, we have uncovered a variety of exquisite flavors from Indian cacao, incorporating local spices to develop distinctive fine chocolates.
We honor Indian cacao with our "Bitter Bliss" collection and host annual chocolate festivals aimed at supporting and empowering Indian cocoa farmers and fine chocolate artisans. Our exotic range of single-origin Indian fine chocolates showcases the best of what Indian cacao has to offer.
